    The Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to a Ribbon Cutting and Open House hosted by Easterseals UCP on Wednesday, February 5th at 11:00 AM. 

    Easterseals UCP Empower. Engaging and Motivating People through Opportunities in Wellness, Education, and Recreation. A unique resource for families of children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This program is provided in partnership with Trillium Health Resources to address long standing gaps in social, recreational, and transition to work activities. Currently enrolling individuals for our After School program and our Transition to Employment program! 

    Refreshments will be served. We hope to see you there!
