    Event Description:
    The Museum of the Albemarle has an exhibit for fans of the Outlander series. A traveling exhibit, Artifacts of Outlander, produced by Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, home to the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory, will showcase a variety of real 18th -century artifacts that compare to the world featured in the series of novels by Diana Gabaldon and the television series that airs on the Starz network. Tim MacLeod of Richmond Virginia, with family ties to North Carolina and a family tree that traces back to Scotland, will perform for the opening by playing the Highland Bagpipes and provide a talk on the Scottish Highland history.
