    Event Description:
    Martha Williams, archaeologist and MOA volunteer, will focus on the maritime history and commerce of the Albemarle region, with emphasis on the River Bridge site, an underwater archaeological excavation on the upper reaches of the Pasquotank River near South Mills. Williams processed more than 10,000 objects from the site during a seven-year period.
