Trying to conceive can be one of the most joyous - or most frustrating - times of our life. More and more couples are struggling to conceive naturally and turn to medicine for assistance. But for those who don’t have the means to go that route, or are searching for more natural options, this workshop is for you.
As a fellow TTC warrior herself, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Erin Crites actually began her journey towards coaching when she struggled to conceive. Through observations of her nutrition and lifestyle, she identified foods that were actually inhibiting her body and hormones from doing their job correctly. Based on the test results from her doctors, she began incorporating foods into her diet that would boost the necessary hormones, all while restructuring her life to lower stress and toxicity.
