    Event Description:
    This weekend event begins on Thursday May 10th with an evening social hour and preview of the new exhibit at the Museum of the Albemarle to celebrate the heritage of the "Old Albemarle" region. While aboard the Belle of Washington over the following days, participants will be treated to comfortable amenities such as lush seating, delicious regional cuisine, a bar stocked with local and traditional beer, wine, and spirits, and lively conversation with our hosts, Bland Simpson, David Cecelski, and Tom Earnhardt.

    Fees/Admission:
    Total cost: All meals, snacks, hotels, transportation, speaker and tour fees are included in the price with the exception of dinner on your own on Friday in downtown Edenton – we thought we’d let you stretch your legs. Friday is the longest boat trip of the whole excursion. Price per passenger, double occupancy in rooms, will be approximately $1000.00. Price is subject to change based on participation and is payable in two installments, with the first also containing a non-refundable deposit of $100.00.
