Qualified candidates will serve as the primary link between administration and front line staff, interpreting and monitoring compliance with facility/state goals, policies, and procedures and communicating staff and client needs to administrators. Candidates must be a licensed Med-tech as well as an actively licensed CNA; candidates must also have at least 5 years experience in a nursing home or an adult care home. This position requires serving as an on-call supervisor on a rotating schedule. Position provides paid holidays and time off accrual after 90 days.
