    Job Description
    Southern Shores Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vacation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that guests have a seamless experience from booking to check-out. The Vacation Specialist will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and that the property is maintained to the highest standards.  This is a full-time/year-round position.
    - Manage reservations for vacation rental properties
    - Respond to inquiries from potential guests via phone, email, and online platforms
    - Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are cleaned
      and maintained to the highest standards and to ensure that all guest needs are met
    - Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    - Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
    - Process payments and refunds as needed
    - Ensure that all properties are properly cleaned and maintained before and after guest stays
    - Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay
    - 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong organizational and time management skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Streamline VRS software
    - Must be able to work weekends
