Join a great team! Carolina Designs Realty's coordinators manage work orders and coordinate vendors to maintain vacation rental homes. 

-Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers: homeowners, guests, and vendors
-Effectively manage daily correspondence and operational tasks
-Answer phones and emails
-Schedule and notify vendors
-Recordkeeping/note-taking
-Data entry/managing work orders in software systems
-Clerical responsibilities and assignments
-Cross-training to provide support to other departments
-Participate in on-call rotation with other coordinators
